What counts as a licensed user?
A license is required for each evaluation subject—the employees being reviewed. Managers, admins, and team leads who conduct reviews don't need licenses. Only pay for the people you're evaluating.
What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes unlimited evaluation subjects, 1 performance template, 10 company reports, basic score weighting, and keeps the last 3 reviews per employee. You get full HubSpot integration and the basic report builder. AI analysis, custom score weighting, and Warning/PIP generation require Pro.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! Upgrade instantly to unlock Pro features. When downgrading, you keep Pro features until the end of your billing cycle. Unused licenses roll over—you only pay for what you need.
